Historical Society of Topsail Island

Founded in 1984, The Historical Society of Topsail Island (HSTI) has as its mission the collection, preservation, and promotion of the history of the Greater Topsail Island Area. For almost 40 years HSTI has fulfilled its mission by the restoration of the Historic Assembly Building. The Assembly Building is used as an event venue, and also is operation of the Missiles and More Museum. As a further service to the community, HSTI offers the following:
