The Ocean Fest mission is to celebrate and protect Mother Ocean. We support other local groups that share our goals. Specifically, our motto “To Surf and Protect” is the heart of our work in Surf City. First, we gather for a fun weekend of music and art. Then, we use our time to help save the coast. Join us for a great event that gives back to the sea!

What to Expect at Ocean Fest 2026
Each year, we host our annual Ocean Fest event. This is an eco-friendly festival with surfing, arts, and live music. In fact, our primary goal is to benefit the ocean. Furthermore, the event brings people together to help our local beaches. Consequently, we can move our community to act. In addition, we host cleanups and pop-up events all year long. Indeed, we work hard to keep our waters safe and clean.
Additionally, three surfing friends started this event in 2019. They love riding waves in Surf City. First, they wanted to share their love for the sea. Next, they wanted to celebrate the joy of surfing. Finally, they wanted to give something back to Mother Ocean. As a result, Ocean Fest teaches us about threats to our marine life. Moreover, we show easy ways to protect our coast every day.
Free Music Festival and Live Events at Ocean Fest
The main stage at features top musical talent. Specifically, we host regional and national bands for a free show. As a result, everyone can enjoy great music by the water. In addition, we have a vintage surf contest and a beach yoga class. Therefore, there is something fun for every guest. Indeed, it is the best way to kick off the summer season!
