Hi! I’m Mike Griswold aka “Grizzy The Realtor” with Sold Buy The Sea Realty. As a land and buyers agent I have helped many families buy land in order to build their dream homes. Since moving to and building in this area, I have gotten to know a number of contractors, subcontractors, vendors, service companies, lawyers, lenders and consultants. As a buyers agent I can represent you and not the seller. North Carolina is a dual agency state. This means that home buyers do not have to work with the agent who already has a relationship with the seller. It’s wise to get your own agent when you’re looking at buying or selling real estate.
